I find it fascinating that many people plan their vacation with better care than they plan their financial lives. Perhaps that is because escape is easier than change.
One can’t change the seasons, but we do have the power to change ourselves.
If you don’t design your own financial life plan, chances are you’ll fall into someone else’s plan. And guess what they have planned for you? More than likely…not much!
Would you agree that the reason why most people face the future with apprehension instead of anticipation is because they don’t have it well designed?
Hypothetically speaking, The guy says, “When you work where I work, by the time you get home, it’s late. You’ve got to have a bite to eat, watch a little TV, relax and go to bed. You can’t sit up half the night planning, planning, and planning.” Keep in mind that this is the same guy who is behind in his car and/or house payment.
One must plan one’s financial future or there may not be much of a financial future.
Remember that success comes by spending time becoming successful. Time without money is no good; money without time is also no good. One must spend time becoming financially successful. One must manage one’s time. Many find it rewarding to attend time management classes.
Some folks spend a lot of time not becoming successful…wonder why that is? Their priorities and actions may not be in order for success.
The following 4-word formula can make anyone successful, if one first will remove two words from their vocabulary…

Drive – One must have drive to perform the study and work needed for success. 4. Enthusiasm – One must have enthusiasm to keep a smile on one’s face while building and maintaining success. Enthusiasm means an intense feeling for a subject or cause…eagerness…zeal…something inspiring. “No one keeps up his or her enthusiasm automatically. Enthusiasm must be nourished with new actions, new aspirations, new efforts and new vision. It is one’s own fault if his or her enthusiasm is gone. One has failed to feed it.”
